What's in the template
Schedule tab
Supplier, Lead time (days), Order every (days), Last order date, Next order date, Days until due, Status, Expected arrival if ordered on time
White cells are inputs. Green cells are formulas, so don't type over them. Sample rows are included so you can see how it works. Delete them and add your own.
How to use it
- List each supplier with its lead time.
- Pick how often you review and order from them.
- Enter the date of your last order.
- Check the sheet weekly and order from anything Due or OVERDUE.
- Update the last order date when you place the order.

How often should I order from each supplier?
Often enough that each order isn't tying up too much cash, but not so often that shipping costs eat your margin. Two to four weeks is common for domestic suppliers.
Does the schedule replace reorder points?
No. Check reorder points between scheduled orders too, so a best-seller doesn't run out before the next review.
