Free supplier list template: contacts, lead times, minimums and payment terms, plus a product-to-supplier map with supplier SKUs, costs and case packs.

Two tabs. One lists every supplier with contact details, lead time, minimum order and terms. The other maps each of your SKUs to its supplier, supplier SKU, unit cost and case pack. Leaving Stocky? Shopify notes that Stocky can't export suppliers, so this is a simple place to rebuild that list.

What's in the template

Suppliers tab

Supplier, Contact name, Email, Phone, Website, Lead time (days), Minimum order, Payment terms, Currency, Ships from, Notes

Products tab

SKU, Product, Supplier, Supplier SKU, Unit cost, Case pack, Minimum order qty, Notes

White cells are inputs. Green cells are formulas, so don't type over them. Sample rows are included so you can see how it works. Delete them and add your own.

How to use it

  1. List each supplier once on the Suppliers tab with the person you order from.
  2. Record a realistic lead time, from order to stock on your shelf.
  3. On the Products tab, give every SKU a supplier, the supplier's own SKU and your unit cost.
  4. Add case packs and minimums so your orders round correctly.
  5. Review lead times every quarter. They drift, especially around holidays.

The math

Tip: keep supplier names spelled exactly the same on both tabs so you can filter and sort by supplier.

FAQ

Can I export my suppliers from Stocky?

Shopify's Stocky help says suppliers can't be exported. You'll need to rebuild the list, and this template gives you the columns most reorder tools need.
