What's in the template

Date received, PO number, Supplier, SKU, Qty ordered, Qty received, Short (-) / over (+), Damaged, Good units to stock, Received by, Notes
White cells are inputs. Green cells are formulas, so don't type over them. Sample rows are included so you can see how it works. Delete them and add your own.
How to use it
- Have the PO open when the delivery arrives.
- Count each SKU and enter quantity received and any damaged units.
- Add good units to stock in Shopify, not the full received number.
- Email the supplier about shorts and damage the same day, with photos.
- Only pay the invoice for what you received in good condition.

Should I receive partial deliveries?
Yes. Log what arrived, keep the PO open for the rest, and follow up on the balance. SteadyShelf supports partial receipts on its purchase orders.
What if the supplier sends more than ordered?
