Pricing, the free trial, how billing works through Shopify, and what happens to your data when you uninstall.
Price
One plan: $29 every 30 days, with a 30-day free trial. No per-SKU, per-order or per-user fees.
How you're billed
Shopify bills you, on your regular Shopify invoice. We never see your card. You won't be charged if you uninstall before the trial ends.
Cancelling
Uninstall SteadyShelf from Shopify admin (Settings → Apps). Billing stops right away. Shopify handles any proration under its billing rules.
Your data
SteadyShelf stores product, stock, sales-count and supplier data for your store, and no customer personal information. When you uninstall, Shopify notifies us about 48 hours later and we delete your store's data. Reinstall before then and it's still there. See our privacy policy.

Can I get a refund?
Email support@steadyshelf.app with your store address and what happened. Refunds are handled case by case.
Is there an annual plan?
Not right now. It's $29 every 30 days, cancel any time.
